Sand washing & recycling machine is designed based on sand washer and sand recycling system and adopted foreign advanced technology. This machine main parts include: XSD wheel sand washer, high frequency dewatering screen, high pressure cyclone, cleaning tank, return box, high pressure wearable slurry pump, motors, etc. The machine has simple structure and multiple function, and is widely used for crushed sand, river sand, lake sand or sea sand washing, screening, recycling and dewatering.

CHARACTERISTICS AND ADVANTAGES

* Compared with other screen meshes, polyurethane screen 
has advantages of long service life and non-easy plugging 
holes. 
* The whirlcone with inside polyurethane liner, can increase the service life of the device, successfully complete slurry concentration, liquid clarification etc.. 
* Fine sand recovery system with exclusive advantage of 
technology and economies can recycle fine material up to 85% among the total discharge. 
* Workload and cleaning cost of sedimentation basin are reduced because fine grains are fully recovered.

 

                     WORKING PRINCIPLE                                    

Slurry pump makes sand water mixture delivery to whirlcone, 
centrifugal grading concentrated fine sand through the sand 
setting nozzle provided to vibrating screen,after the vibrating 
screen dehydration,fine sand and water are effective separated, a small amount of fine sand and clay is by return box back to cleaning tank,cleaning tank level is higher,by the discharging mouth discharge.Linear vibrating screen recovery material weight concentration is 70% - 85%. Control fineness modulus can by changing the pump Speed, change slurry concentration, regulating overflow water, replacement sand mouth to achieve. Thus finish cleaning, ehydration and grade three kind of functions.
