Car removal shears
Applicable working conditions:
It is suitable for emergency rescue, demolition of doors and Windows, demolition of walls, demolition of scrapped cars, agricultural machinery, etc., demolition and tearing of parts, demolition and sorting of automobile girder (H, I beam), and recycling operations, widely used in dismantling of scrapped cars, agricultural cars.

Cutting product design features:
High-strength material design: high-strength wear-resistant manganese plate design, high toughness, wear resistance
Speed valve (standard) - speed up the shear speed (tensioning speed increases), improve efficiency
Cylinder design process: The cylinder adopts large caliber, reverse push type (effectively prevent oil lever strain), flip design. Japan original NOK oil seal
Configuration process: Rotating device - driven by self-protection hydraulic motor, it can be rotated 360 degrees for easy positioning at any Angle. The motor is equipped with an adjustable overload balancing device, which can adjust the flow pressure by itself and protect the motor bidirectional

Main tool plate quality: the main tool plate is made of German Krupp, high-strength wear-resistant plate, one boring and milling processing technology
Blade material: The use of H13 upgraded version of the material (special alloy steel process), four sides of the exchange. Threaded hole design is adopted.
