ZHP multi-cylinder cone crusher adopts advanced design concept and manufacturing technology, with high production capacity, small particle size, stable work, reliable performance and so on. Its core components include motor, drive shaft, gear, eccentric sleeve, fixed cone and moving cone, etc., through the principle of laminating crushing to achieve the crushing of materials. At work, the material enters the crushing chamber from the feed port of the crusher, is subjected to the action of the high-speed rotating cylinder and the impact force, and after multiple impacts, collisions and friction, the material is finally broken into the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port.
The multi-cylinder design is a highlight of the crusher, through the distribution of multiple hydraulic cylinders around the frame, to achieve the integration of the upper and lower frames during the crushing process, while having the back-off protection of unbreakable objects and the cavity cleaning function of sudden stop. This design not only improves the stability and reliability of the crusher, but also reduces the maintenance cost and extends the service life of the equipment.
